Do you allow pets?

In most units we allow pets (cats or dogs only) for an additional $30 per month. We also allow larger dogs in some of our single family homes.

Does the monthly rental fee include utilities?

Some of our units do include heat and hot water and some senior-friendly units include everything but the phone. For all other rentals, the tenant covers the cost of all utilities.

Do you allow commercial and/or recreational vehicles to be parked on the property?

We allow currently registered and inspected commercial vehicles (pickup trucks, vans) of not more than 3/4 ton capacity. No recreational vehicles (boats, snowmobiles, etc.) may be parked on the premises.

Do you have any non-smoking units?

Yes, we have some units that are non-smoking.

Will you run a credit or reference check?

Yes, we verify all information and run credit and reference checks as part of every lease application.

Is there an application fee?

A non-refundable $60 fee must accompany your completed lease application. If your application is accepted the fee will be applied to your first month’s rent.
